Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic Specialist to join our Customer Support team for a long-term, full-time position. An ideal candidate is eager to work with challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about the combination of the financial industry and technology.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will become an expert in the financial industry, in understanding the different business lines of our clients (asset managers, fund managers, family offices, etc.), and in operating with our globally recognized Portfolio Management Solution. You will work in close cooperation with both, our international clientele as well as the different teams within the company.

You could be a great match to this position, if you like working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different. You like to work with comprehensive and challenging tasks, helping our clients to succeed in running their daily business with the FA Platform. You are quick learner, diligent, eager, committed, and responsible. You have a problem-solving oriented mindset and you are used to taking projects from start to finish. You like the combination of working in teams and independently, and you are able to give your best even under pressure.

Skills required

Good communication skills in Finnish and English, Swedish is considered as a plus
Strong computer skills, a logical way of thinking, and ability gather information from different sources
Back office/middle office experience within the financial industry is considered as a plus
Experience from using FA Platform or other Portfolio Management System is considered as a plus
Degree in a relevant field is considered as a plus
