FA Solutions team is welcoming Kajsa, Robert, Johan, and Fredrik

“Hi there! My name is Kajsa Gardtman and I am working as a Business Consultant in FA’s Swedish team of Professional Services. Prior to starting at FA Solutions, I was the Back Office Manager at Agenta Investment Management. Before that, I worked as a Fund Administrator at Aktie-Ansvar, meanwhile studying Business Administration at Uppsala University.

When growing up I moved around a lot. Therefore, I am driven by meeting and interacting with new people. Working at FA allowed me to combine my love for travel, meeting new people, and my interest for the financial industry.

In my leisure time I like to hang out with my friends and do a lot of sports. In high school I used to compete in slalom so all my vacation days during winter are spent at the slopes. I already have two ski trips planned for next season, which I am looking forward to. During the summers, I like to spend time at my family’s summer house on the West coast of Sweden, where I am originally from.

I feel super excited to work at FA. I get to work with very interesting customers and helpful colleagues that make you strive to become better at your job.”

“Hello! My name is Robert and I started as a Consultant at FA’s Swedish office in the beginning of March this year.

Before my time at FA Solutions, I was working at Cicero Fonder, first at Back Office but also in Sales and as an IT responsible.

I have a lot of different hobbies – that includes everything from long distance XC skiing, Enduro riding, mountain biking, car restorations, building on my weekend cottage, and spending time with my 4-year-old daughter.

I have been at FA for some time now and I have to say that I couldn’t be happier with my decision to start working here. I have a lot of fantastic colleagues that possess great expertise in many different areas and that work with a common goal, to develop our product further every day.”

“Hi! My name Is Johan Vidlund and I am a Technical Consultant in the Swedish FA team of Professional Services.

My academic background is MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management and BA in Mathematics from Linköping University. After my studies I worked with portfolio optimization at TriOptima before I took the opportunity to work at FA.

I have been at FA Solutions for barely one year now and I am really enjoying the diverse assignments our projects include. Each project contains unique set-ups and complexities, which is why working at FA is always interesting.

Outside of work I like to play music, participate in different ball games, or go skiing in the winter. The former I have done basically all my life, playing in a handful of bands – among those an après ski band in Whistler, Canada.”

“Hi! My name is Fredrik and I joined FA in October this year. I am 27 years old and I will be working as a Service Consultant in the Customer Service team at the Stockholm office.

I am born and raised in Stockholm and I have lived my entire life here so far. My background is within finance where I have a Master’s degree in Economics from KTH. The last two years before joining FA I worked at Nasdaq in Stockholm as a Securities Operation Analyst within derivatives support and I think my service-minded way of thinking will be a strong advantage in my current role.

Before I started my studies, playing ice hockey was a big part of my life, with daily practices. After I quit playing, I began coaching youth teams for the local sports association that I represented while playing myself. I combined this with my studies for three years but now there is not much time left for doing that anymore.

I am happy to be part of FA Solutions since it seems like a growing, innovative, and customer-minded company that knows what they want to achieve with their good business idea. Especially I like that they are trying to fit everything in one application to make it easier for the customers to handle their work from a single platform.

The challenge for me will be the technical part since my background have been almost 100% within finance. However, I see this as a challenge and opportunity for myself to increase my knowledge – there are a lot of good technical professionals at the company that I can learn from.

Outside work I spend my time with family and friends, as well as watch sports. Sometimes I watch games on TV but mostly I prefer to see them live, and if you want to buy me a beer at the game, I will accept. ;)”
