For the second year in a row now, FA Solutions has been selected out of over 1000 contenders as one of the WealthTech 100 companies. Each year Fintech Global scours the global Wealth Technology (WealthTech) industry to put together their top 100 list highlighting the most innovative players in the business. FA Solutions was selected as a leading Portfolio Management software provider in 2019, and now again in 2020.

The WealthTech industry has been growing rapidly over the past decade. New and established digital service providers find it easier now than ever to attract investment and gain traction for their products, as people are becoming increasingly more open to streamlining financial processes through technology. The WealthTech sector, specialised in innovative financial advice tools and solutions for managing individual or institutional investments, has kept a strong growth momentum – the total funding to this business area grew at a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 40.7% from $2.8bn to over $7.8bn between 2016 and the end of last year. As a result, this field has become more competitive, and it is getting difficult to identify the leading players that not only have a solid product offering today, but also stay on top of tomorrow’s industry development trends.

That is why Fintech Global, a London-based provider of market intelligence and analytical tools for the financial technology (FinTech) industry, gathers an expert panel of business analysts every year to scope out the industry landscape and vote on the most innovative WealthTech players. Each year they start with over a thousand companies, but only the ones that solve a significant industry problem while generating efficiency improvements or cost savings across the investment value chain end up in the WealthTech 100.

This year, 100 top FinTech companies in the world were selected from an initial list of over 1200 solution providers, all dedicated to resolving the biggest challenges of the Wealth Management sector today. “Established investment firms, private banks and advisors need to be aware of the latest innovation in order to remain competitive in the current market, which is heavily focused on digital distribution and transformation initiatives,” said Richard Sachar, director of Fintech Global. “The WealthTech100 list helps them do just that and identify new business models which will have lasting impact on the industry.”

“Having been present in London now for over two years, and met with over 150 asset and wealth management companies, we can confirm that FA does have a competitive product, both globally and when benchmarked from a UK perspective,” – comments FA Solutions. “We look forward to continuing our efforts, and had there been a top 10 list, that would have been our next goal!”

FA Solutions is truly honoured to be recognised as one of the top 100 WealthTech solution providers globally in 2019 and 2020. FA has been operating in the FinTech sector since 1999, and all this time we have been focusing on simplifying daily processes for investment managers, from small single family offices to international banks. We are dedicated to continuous development of new, more efficient approaches to complex problems that the financial industry is facing to help our clients stay on top of their game in providing quality Investment Management services.
