Our goal at FA is to give the best support possible to our customers throughout the customer journey! And help you succeed in your business.
As a part of FA's development, we have reorganized our customer services. The background and reason for this is that we want to raise customer satisfaction. One point of contact throughout the custom life cycle - same support for New & Existing customers.
Customer services at FA are now split into three teams that attend to our customers' needs: customer support, customer success, and developer success.

Customer Support Team
Customer service team is responsible for developing and maintaining customer satisfaction and taking care of customer support and services, version upgrades, and customer documentation for customers in production. Customer meetings, account and client relationships, monthly license, and consultation invoicing are managed in cooperation with Customer Success.
Customer service team helps customers with product usage-related questions, product bugs, product improvement and new feature wishes, and does version upgrades as support and installs and configures general functionalities and develops, fixes, improves custom queries, reports, processes, fee formulas, integrations and rules as service. Used support hours are included to monthly license fee and used service hours are charged based on used hours in monthly basis as an consultation.
Developer Success Team
Customer Success Team
Customer Success team is responsible for longer-term customer satisfaction. This team handles the onboarding of new customers to FA Platform, consultancy support for existing customers, and also customer relationship management for existing customers.
This team will be with you all the way! From the first contact with FA after signing with us, to consultancy support management and regular customer relationship meetings. You will keep your customer relationship manager within this team throughout the FA journey.
Our goal is that you as our customer shall get good support whenever needed. Your customer relationship manager or any of the consultants within the customer success team will always guide you to the right support within FA. Since this team will be with you as our customer all the way they will know you and your business well and be able to support you in both a reactive- and proactive way.
