What to expect from the FA User Summit 2023?
This year, our User Summit will happen in Helsinki, Finland, on Thursday, 21st of September 2023, as a 1-day live event.
This day is fully dedicated to our clients and partners, filled with valuable insights, productive discussions, great food, and networking with old and new friends from the industry. We recommend this year’s User Summit to current FA Platform users, heads of back-office, and IT staff/partners maintaining the FA Platform for you.

System integrations play a key role in ensuring efficient and accurate business operations across your IT ecosystem. In this session, we’re discussing the FA system’s integrability and how our clients have and could automate their business processes around FA.
15:15 – Afternoon Sessions (parallel):
– How to manage alternative investments in the FA Platform
Explore the best practices for alternative investment firms within the FA Platform, focusing on the data management, analytics, and hierarchy/ownership structure setup.
– Custom Reporting in FA
Reporting in FA allows you to build your own custom reports, which can be used for client, internal, or regulatory reporting. After an introduction to the tools used to build these reports, we will discuss why our clients needed them, how they benefited from them, and how we collaborated on their implementation.

Attendance and accommodation options
This event will be held live at the heart of Helsinki city center.
Please note that FA is not responsible for participants’ flight/travel arrangements, accommodation, or other arrangements outside the event.
On the event day, participants will be served lunch and dinner at the venue’s restaurant, followed by a networking party.
