What to expect from this year’s User Summit?
This year, our User Summit will happen in Finland, on Thursday, 15th of September 2022, as a 1-day live event.
This day is fully dedicated to our clients and partners, filled with valuable insights, productive discussions, great food, and networking with old and new friends from the industry.
We recommend this year’s User Summit to current FA Platform users, heads of back-office and IT staff/ partners maintaining FA Platform for you.

Attendance and accommodation options
This event will be held live at a beautiful island venue, just 6 km from the center of Helsinki.
Please note that FA is not responsible for participants’ flight/travel arrangements, accommodation, or other arrangements outside the event.
On the day of the event, participants will be served lunch and dinner at the venue’s restaurant, Plats, followed by live band entertainment and a party.

Session plan for the day
We will start the day with a short update on the company and our product, sharing the latest news. Following this, we will introduce the event topics by demonstrating the features we will take a closer look at during the four upcoming sessions.
Sessions and Streams
Our event will be divided into four sessions. In each session, we will dive deeper into the details of the morning demonstration from two different perspectives- user and developer. As a participant, you can choose which stream works best for you.
You can choose from:
User view: this stream is ideal for those who plan and operate the business workflows
Developer view: this stream is designed for those who plan and tailor the solutions to execute the business workflows
In the user view stream, we will focus on the possibilities, tools, and benefits for you as a user. In contrast, in the developer view stream, we will demonstrate the use of the product capabilities and help you understand how to do it yourself.

We will end the day by summarizing each of the sessions and giving you an insight into our upcoming product plans and the future of the FA Platform.
Upon the conclusion of the agenda, there will be a break, after which we will continue with dinner and entertainment.
